Tydi Ltd is a New Zealand business and is proud to be NZ owned and operated.

We sell new, used, refurbished  and more.

We have a long term contract to receive world famous Dyson stick vacuums. All units are stripped down, fully cleaned and any faulty or damaged part replaced, reboxed in professional custom made boxes and sent out with a full 1 year warranty. We supply all models from the V6 all the way up to the latest V11. Additional to this we import a large range of Dyson aftermarket parts 100% compatible and offered at a lot less than original dyson parts are. Additional to that we import a range of bladeless fans, personal grooming, and ex lease Apple ipads. We are constantly looking for other items that we feel there is a demand for.

What does “Refurbished” mean?

In general, refurbished products are products that wouldn’t otherwise be sold as brand new, for a variety of reasons.
They may have been factory seconds, warranty returned items, used for display at trade shows, overstocked goods or customer returns.
As a result, refurbished products may come with minor blemishes, some accessories missing or otherwise be in a non-brand new condition, as a refurbished item it is important to not expect the same product as you would a brand new one.

We buy only the best quality and condition goods in order to pass on the best quality and savings to our customers.
All refurbished products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested for you prior to sale. 
Refurbished products are fully operational, and come with a 12 months parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated.

We sell a full range of products from new to refurbished, please ask if you are unsure. We market, advertise and label items to do our best to let you know what condition and status the product is before you buy it, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us.

Repairs and Servicing

Obviously continually refurbishing 100’s of Dysons, we are able to assist you with any servicing or repairs you may require, you don’t need to have purchased of us, we are happy to service anyones Dyson stick vacuum. Or even just offer some advice .
