Has had motherboard repaired and new battery ordered in and fitted, only to find that it was Remote management locked :-( ...Anyway the laptop has been factory reset and will perform 100%, no issues with updates etc, however you cannot wipe and reload the unit otherwise it will revert back to reomote locked and will need to be reloaded again via a 3rd party.  So it will come with a full 1 year warranty but excluding that issue.
