Returns, Refunds & Your Peace of Mind

At Tydi, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. All our refurbished products are backed by a 12-month parts and labour warranty, so you can buy with confidence knowing you're covered.

Our Returns Policy

If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll work with you to sort it out. We understand that buying refurbished can feel like a big decision, and we're here to make it as easy as possible.

Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you — that's our commitment and your right under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite what you expected. While we aren't legally required to accept change-of-mind returns, we'll always do our best to help. Contact us and we'll discuss your options, which may include an exchange or store credit. A restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

How to Return an Item

Simply email us at info@tydi.co.nz or call 09 972 2621 to arrange your return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide you with return instructions and make the process as smooth as possible.
