Yes we deliver nationwide

Please read and take note of the different delivery services and options available.

Nationwide Delivery

Nationwide delivery is handled by a 3rd party freight provider, Go Sweet Spot, They have multiple courier options, which provide the best value or the fasted shipping, these include, Castle Parcels, Poste Haste Couriers and Now Couriers. Depending on the final delivery location they may also handoff to their partners generally for rural delivery’s. 

Please note, freight companies provide a delivery only service. The driver will not unbox, install or takeway packaging or faulty items, unless we are organising a faulty return.

Rural Delivery

Rural deliveries are more expensive than regular delivery. However if we are not providing free delivery, the rural delivery cost will be provided under shipping options.

Delivery times

We try our best to dispatch same day as long as we receive the orders by 1 pm, our courier collects from 2pm onwards, We generally get goods delivered in the north island within 1-3 days, and the South Island 2-5 days, Rural you generally need to allow 2 more days. Sometimes there can be further delays, such as storms, excessive stock to move (such as Xmas periods etc) these type of delays the couriers cannot control but they are always trying to deliver as fast as possible. If you feel your item is taking too long to arrive please contact info@tydi.co.nz and we will follow up with the carriers.
